Top Gears Jeremy Clarkson Spotted Near Capital Region

I classify Binghamton as near seeing as it is only about a what, three hour drive from Albany. In any case, Jeremy Clarkson was spotted.

The reason the man of United Kingdoms version of Top Gear was in Binghamton was to film a portion of The Grand Tour a TV series he now does. Not just was he spotted, but in a sick as hell brand spanking new Ford GT. I would tend to believe it is for filming because no offense to my fellow New Yorker's, why would the celebrity be in New York driving such a memorizing car?

This also comes as a surprise because he just recently got over a bout of pneumonia while in Spain. I personally have never seen Grand Tour but if it is anything like Top Gear I am sure I will love it. By the way, unpopular opinion. The US version of Top Gear is better in my opinion.
