I tried to warn you all a week ago, I said that it's only a matter of time before the Creepy Clowns start showing up around the Capital Region and no one listened to me and now they're here.

When addressing the Creepy Clown Problem one must ask the following questions:

Who are they?

Are the Creepy Clowns an actual group or cult that we should be worried about?

Are they social misfits trying to make a statement about something?

Are they people with psychological problems that need help?

Are they just some stupid kids who think it's funny to scare people?

If so have they taken into consideration that some people are not scared of them and will see them as a threat?

So far the Creepy Clowns have been seen and disappear without being confronted by someone who will react to their presence with violence.

Are these Creepy Clowns taking into consideration that they are putting themselves in danger?

How do they travel?

They can't be leaving their homes in full Creepy Clown gear because then everyone will see them.

The Creepy Clowns obviously have some type of transportation, but they do not put on the Creepy Clown gear until they get to where they are planning on scaring people.

So if you see a Creepy Clown, find their vehicle. If they are just stupid kids then they will probably be riding bikes, so look for a kid on a bike with a backpack or duffle bag.

Are they dangerous?

Creepy Clowns in the Carolinas and Georgia have been seen trying to lure children into the woods, some had knives and chains.

In Pennsylvania a Creepy Clown stabbed a teen to death.

What is their final objective?
