With Q-Ruption announced this week, I'd like to share my experience of "people watching" at Rock on the Range 2011. From this, I learned several "Nays" for Q-Ruption. On Saturday, I talked to James, a guitarist from the band, Trust Company, at Rock on the Range 2011. He's incredibly passionate about their music and had so many positive things to say about Trust Company's growth since the band started.

This is my second time seeing the Damned Things and they rocked just as hard as they did when they were in Albany when they performed at Northern Lights. Their latest album is, Ironclast, and they really have a fun and energetic album. If you're not familiar with the Damned things, they are rock supergroup made up of members from Fall Out Boy to Every Time I Die...

Meeting with the guys of Cavo was definitely an exciting experience at Rock on the Range. They were actually the first event I worked over a year ago for Q103. They were performing with Daughtry. Although I didn't actually have the pleasure of meeting the band until yesterday...

Today, I spoke with Oli, the leader guitarist of All That Remains. They're lined up to perform on the main stage laster this afternoon. He explained how the band just came in from a show in Pittsburgh the night before, so him and his band members unfortunately were unable to check out the first day of Rock on the Range...
