It was just a couple of weeks ago that Florida quintet Red Jumpsuit Apparatus were in the area and put on a great show. Last night, Bulletproof Messenger, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and ultra-popular headliners Seether put on a great show at Northern Lights in Clifton Park. It was packed, but not sold out, and the crowd was surprisingly tame. I'm used to insanely brutal metal crowds, so it was nice to see a group of people who don't want to kill each other. The Capital Region's active rock music scene is alive and well, especially this week as Q103 presents five concerts in a little over a week!  Danzig,  Alter Bridge with Black Stone Cherry, Seether with Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Sully Erna at the Egg and Papa Roach with Pop Evil.

Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, one of the opening bands for Seether on May 19th at Northern Lights will be stopping by the Q103 studios Thursday afternoon around 3pm for a live acoustic performance and interview.
