If you love giant floating things that do pretty much nothing but float then Saratoga is the place for you to be this weekend.

Getting hammered on the streets of Albany may be a thing of the past if Albany's Mayor and Police Chief get their way.

You know what happened about three weeks ago? Right? I feel like there was zero promotion for the Albany Area's Annual 'get drunk, listen to random 'jam' bands, and get even drunker' fest. From what I'm hearing Facebook alerted most the day of the event. So now, I'm curious, and boom, I stumble upon some dude named Howard Plum interviewing randoms on the streets of Albany.

It's almost that time again- Albany's ever-so-popular Mother's Day weekend Tulip Festival is set to take place May 11 and 12. In addition to the weekend's events the musical acts that will be performing both days have been announced. Check it all out after the jump.

Metallica announced a new annual music arts and lifestyle festival to be held this summer.  The Orion Music + More will take place at Bader Field in Atlantic City New Jersey June 23rd and 24th.  Metallica will headline and play both nights.
