Don't forget to set your clocks back an hour this Sunday but you don't really have to because most smartphones and cable boxes do it automatically.

Oh it's about that time again ...

Feel a bit off since the time change Sunday morning? You're not the only one and strangely enough, the time change has actually effected the economy in Albany.

Don't forget to set your clocks back one hour tonight before you go to bed, as daylight savings ends Sunday morning at 2am.  We get an extra hour of sleep or if your out at a show or a bar, you'll get an extra hour to party!  It's also a good time to change the batteries in your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors as well as check an emergency preparedness kit.
