The New York State Fair was held for eighteen days this year and it proved to be too long. Attendance was down over five hundred thousand from 2019 to 2021. Even though COVID had a lot to do with the low numbers, the New York State Fair will be shorter in 2022.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers announced a tease for its upcoming North American Tour by releasing 6 dates.  Five in January and one in February. The tour is in support of their new album 'I'm With You' and is the first tour of the United States since 2007.

Seattle, Washington quartet Soundgarden are heading outon their first U.S. tour in 14 years. They did appear at last summer's Lollapalooza concert in Chicago, but they have not toured the entire U.S. in over a decade. Will they make a stop in the Capital District?
