If there was any doubt where Sum 41's allegiances lie, the veteran band spell it out with their new video for "God Save Us All (Death to Pop)." The clip is essentially a performance piece, but with a very special message from singer Deryck Whibley on his love for playing rock music.

The video opens with Whibley's voice over as he states, "The cool thing about playing rock music all over the world is that you get to share this unity through music with other people, and, in my opinion, I think you only get that feeling with rock music. I don't think you feel anything with pop," he finishes before the song starts."

The remainder of the clip is a compilation of live performances with some offstage footage from their travels mixed in. As for the song, it's a high energy, foot-tapping rocker that seems like the perfect fit for live shows and should be a concert staple for years to come.

"Gods Save Us All (Death to Pop)" is featured on Sum 41's new album, 13 Voices, which arrives on Oct. 7 via Hopeless Records. You can currently pre-order the disc in a variety of bundle options here. And look for Sum 41 on tour at these locations.
