Stolen Car In Troy Contained Explosive Device [VIDEO]

A stolen 1990 Jeep Cherokee from Watervliet was found in Troy Tuesday, destroyed by an explosive device.

The incident took place on 5th Avenue and frightened people who heard it.

"We were scared, our first response was to call our husbands who were out on a job and to let them know we were all okay," one witness commented to news reporters.
