On The Free Beer & Hot Wings Morning Show they are talking football, so of course they are talking about the New England Patriots latest cheating scandal. The Patriots have been accused of cheating before and it has been proved that they have cheated before. Patriots fans have been arguing "Why is it every time we win, we get accused of cheating?" So lets settle this, are the Patriots cheaters?

Let's get the facts straight first.

Spy-Gate: It had been determined that the Patriots had been recording their opponents coaching signals and practices from 2002-2007.

The Tuck Rule: This one a Patriots Fan can argue is not cheating, but the rule went in the Patriots favor and determined the outcome of the AFC Divisional Playoff game in 2002. Note that this was during the time, that the Patriots were spying on other teams, so they were still cheating.

Trick Play: Early this month the head coach of the Baltimore Ravens, John Harbaugh, pointed out that the Patriots were using some strange offensive formations. More like John Harbaugh flipped out, because the Patriots formation and timing of the snap left the Ravens defense confused and helpless. This of course is not technically cheating, it is a trick play.

Plow Gate: In 1982 the Patriots snow plow operator clears a spot just for the Patriots kicker in the 4th quarter.

Deflate-Gate: Now we have Deflate-Gate, the Patriots have been accused of deflating the game balls, just for the Patriots offense to aid the movement of the ball in the rainy weather.
