Now that it finally feels like Spring I feel that it is time for Spring Cleaning, I don’t know if there is a specific date in which Spring Cleaning must begin and according to my google search Spring Cleaning begins when it feels like Spring. So if you started Spring Cleaning before this weekend then you’re doing it wrong, but I am not going to get into that I want to know about what you found while engaging in the Spring Cleaning Ritual.

Spring Cleaning is one of my favorite times of the year because it is that time of year when we literally wipe away the winter, we sweep it away, scrub it away, wash it away, suck it away with a vacuum cleaner. It’s as if winter never was once you’re finished Spring Cleaning and you’re ready to live again.

There are a lot of things you can find when you’re cleaning like Halloween and Christmas candy that was ether lost, forgotten or in some cases saved. The question is: is it safe? and there is only one way to find out and that my friends is the Spring Cleaning Challenge.

You may find decorations that you forgot to put away, or you may finally have to take down decorations that you did not want to put away.

The worst thing to find when you’re Spring Cleaning are Christmas gifts you forgot about and their is no medium, the guilt is equal wether you forgot to give someone their gift or if you forgot to open yours.

If you find any Thanksgiving Leftovers while Spring Cleaning then you’re doing Thanksgiving wrong and ironically people rarely find things from New Years. I did once leave a ‘Happy New Years’ banner up until July, I thought that if I left it up it would make me happy but by the time I finally took it down I was so depressed.

So far I have found something from every holiday while Spring Cleaning but unfortunately I have not found any candy…. yet.
