Some Stewart’s Ice Cream Recalled

I know I myself rave about snowman's ice cream, but man Stewarts.. That's a hard ice cream to be better than. They have a recall out right now.

Now before you go freaking out and throwing out all of the Stewarts ice cream sitting in your freezer. Also, before you hesitate to get a scoop or milkshake at one of their fine establishments. Or even before you even think about not buying that ice cream tonight for a midnight snack. This does not, I'll repeat does not affect all of their products. It also may potentially have no effect on you.

They have a recall out for their Chocolate Peanut Butter ice cream and that one only. Only the pints of it as well. This is due to the lids being wrong in some cases and them having a chocolate ice cream lid. You can clearly see the issue there for someone with a nut allergy.

No illnesses are being reported which is always an awesome thing. This is more of a precautionary measure.

If you indeed are subject to this recall you may return the pint to any Stewart's Shop for a full refund, but I bet it will just be an exchange right?
