The short answer on what I think, yes. To me, it seems like a no-brainer.

And why wouldn't it be a no-brainer? The law in question is for passing a school bus while it is boarding children. I would never even attempt to pass a school bus when its red lights are flashing. What if that child runs out in front of you? That is the type of guilt I would never want to have to endure. Just be safe and follow the laws already in place.

Alright, what Canada is doing is genius. It should certainly be a major deterrent to any numbskull that wouldn't follow the law.

They are going to suspend a person's license for three months. I like this a lot. I think New York should most certainly do this.
