Rock on the Range 2012 Festival Dates Announced

Rock on the Range 2012 plans are already under way. It's already time to save the date. Today, the dates were released for the festival which will be taking place May 18th - 20th. Yes, they're bringing back the Friday pre-party show again! This year stadium seating tickets are $99.50 plus fees, and $134.50 for field tickets plus fees.

Are you worried about the cost of tickets? That's not an issue because the festival is offering a layaway option for rockers that are worried about putting a dent in their wallets.  Presale layaway tickets will go on sale on November 28th, Cyber Monday. The catch with these presale tickets are that a minimum of four tickets need to be purchased and there's extra fees for layaway. Regular tickets will go on sale in February for those wishing to pay for it at once.

Starting today, the ROTR Facebook page is offering a contest to name the pre-party Friday show this year. The winner will receive VIP tickets to the show.  Here's your chance to score free tickets with almost no effort. The contest ends November 29th, so start brainstorming ideas.

The bands have not been announced yet. The announcements for the line-ups are not going to be available until early 2012.  Who are you hoping to see at the festival this year?
