Reliving St Patrick’s Day Disasters In Albany (NSFW)

St. Patrick’s Day is approaching and I don’t think it’s any big secret that Albany NY is pretty awful at it. History has shown that Albany often has trouble celebrating, drinking, watching a parade and NOT throwing haymakers.

I don’t know what it is about parades but it brings out the demons in Albany and tends to lead to car flipping and concussions. I have no issue if this is some sort of religious practice but perhaps this year we can try to keep the over turned car count to a minimum. I too love a solid parade and get super amped, if there is a parade you can bet I’ll be there stretched and warmed up to ensure I don’t pull a hammy while parade watching. However, let’s take a look at some past failed St Patrick’s days in Albany so that we can try to NOT recreate them this year.
