Referee Delivers Suplex To Boxer [VIDEO]

This video is rather confusing to me. I love a good test of the official’s power to blow up in some dudes face but I’m really not sure about this video. It seems likely that if some tubby slob got too big for his own good and had to be stopped from throwing sloppy half speed punches at another tubby dude in a tank top someone would step in. However this whole event seems like it’s in slow motion. Either the boxer who gets dropped by the 2^nd official is knocked out or the biggest puss on the planet. He acted all big and pushed one referee to keep punching his opponent, but then he gets pinned down on his back little brother style. Something makes me think this video is fake.
