Pop Evil Frontman Leigh Kakaty Picks His Top 5 Aerosmith Songs

Aerosmith and The Global Warming Tour is coming to Albany June 29th, and it has everyone excited. Our friend Pop Evil frontman Leigh Kataty, who will be part of the Trespass America Tour with Five Finger Death Punch, says Aerosmith was one reason why he even got into Rock n Roll. He gave us his top 5 Aerosmith songs.

1. Walk This Way

This song was a game changer during it's time. This was one big reason why I got into Rock & Roll.

2. Dream On

After hearing "Walk This Way" I did more listening to Aerosmith. This song really struck a nerve for me. When I heard this I really started the passion for being a musician. To me 'Dream On is one of the best songs ever made.

3. Sweet Emotion

Man this song just has an amazing groove to it. It almost has everything you need in a song. An amazing Riff, bass line and a melodic vocal hook with a gritty vocal verse..

4. Angel

You can't go wrong with this ballad. Almost anyone can relate to it. This song never gets old.

5. Back in the saddle

This song has to be one of my favorite Joe Perry and Steven Tyler performances.
