Party Pooping Department Of Health Want To End Happy Hour

End happy hour? The word “happy” is in the name, how can you be anti-Happiness?

According to the New York Post the Department of Health is working on possibly banning discounts and specials on alcohol in NY City. What is this, Nazi Germany? How exactly this compares to Nazi Germany I am not sure but for argument purposes I am sticking by my comparison.

To end happy hour is to stop people from ending happy about spending normal prices on drinks. We already willing spend the standard 300% mark up. Having a happy hour just brings a small amount of bliss to people knowing that they are now getting 2 drinks for their 8 bucks. You cant do this to us Department of Health, you just cant! if this starts in NYC then who knows where it will spread next. My guess is sort of like the map below.
