If you’ve ever wanted to be the proud owner of a giant 2-and-a-half story tall terrier, you are in luck. The building with the RCA mascot "Nipper" is now for sale. Not only is it for sale, but the current owner seems to think if you buy it you’ll have a lot of responsibility on your hands.

Yes, this lets me believe he thinks this gigantic dog is real. If that is the case, then count me in on buying it. I’ve wanted a super dog ever since I learned of Clifford. However, I’m not fond of the color red and I don’t like to read. Nipper here loves to sit way too close to speakers and cock his head sideways in confusion. That’s my kind of dog.

This building, along with three nearby properties, are listed for $3.97 million. The Nipper building is located at 991 Broadway and I don’t think I have made myself clear, but I NEED it.
