Outdoor Movie Series Coming To Downtown Albany

Best part is ... they're letting YOU vote for what movies you want to see under the stars this summer!

There are bunch of great outdoor festivals going on in the Capital Region this summer and although sometimes I find myself struggling to decide which to go to or figure out some way to do them all I am super pumped that we are going to have another option for outdoor fun this summer!

According to DowntownAlbany.org the Downtown Albany Business Improvement District, Albany Parking Authority, and Palace Theatre are partnering up a little later this summer and this coming fall to put together and outdoor film series and they are looking for input from YOU as to what movies you would like to see. Just take their online survey and you can choose 5 films out of 20 that include The Big Lebowski, Back to the Future, and even The Princess Bride. Plus there's a bonus incentive for you aside from just selecting movies you actually want to see, apparently ...

One survey participant will be chosen at random to win a four pack of season passes to the 2016-17 Palace Theatre movie series, valued at $400. Responses must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Friday, July 1.

The deadline to submit a survey is Friday, July 1st at 11:59pm so get your picks in!
