A motorcycle, a boy, some twine, and an open road resulted in one man getting ticketed by police and whole lot more.

Eatontown, NY police arrested Frank Albanese after noticing a young male passenger that was tied to the bike. A police officer noticed the boy was restrained on the bike with twine around his hip and ankles. No foul play was at work, the 53-year-old driver explained it was to make sure the boy stayed on the bike while riding.

The boy was returned to his mother who was riding behind them on the road when they stopped at a gas station where police approached the driver.

Albanese was taken to jail on a variety of things including warrants. He was ticketed for driving suspended license, failure to wear state-approved helmet, and reckless driving.
