Games, challenges, obstacles, zip lines, and something called the 'WTF JUMP' count me in!

This weekend Thatcher Park opens it's brand new adventure course high up in the trees where you will make your way up log ladders, glide through ziplines, climb cargo nets, swing on rope swings, cross tightropes, make your way through swinging logs, and over wobbly bridges.

The new addition called Wild Play is set to open this Friday, April 27th and it has all the necessities for and outdoor adrenaline filled day. Wild Play has 15 ziplines, 60 aerial games, and the 40 foot 'What's to Fear Jump' a.k.a the 'WTF JUMP'!

There are three course to choose from that work with all skill levels. Apparently the higher you climb the more challenging things get. The classic course takes about 2-3 hours to complete which is perfect for some afternoon thrills but you can add another hour on to that if you want to take on the extreme course as well. Of course there is a kids course too so the whole family can get in on adrenaline rush.

The best part, it's just a few minutes away from pretty much everywhere in the Capital Region. Oh, and it won't break the bank either the course prices range from like $20-$50 depending on your add-ons. You can get rates and all the details on the course by clicking here.
