Which one is the second job?

A Colonie man has turned himself in for not rendering services. He collected $11,000 for materials and labor to construct... um something. It's not important, it never got built, reports the Times Union.

The story would end there too, if it were not for this guy's checkered past. He's a bit of a modern renaissance man. In 2009 he was running a prostitution ring out of his home in Loundonville. It was also webcam accessible. In 2010 he was trying to establish a hair salon with scantily clad women, which is, admittedly,  the only way to get most men to go to a building labeled salon.

It's not that he doesn't have the right ideas, it seems to be a problem of poor execution or that they're blatantly illegal.
