Looks like MTV might have to make a cast adjustment in the future for Jersey Shore because Mike "The Situation" Sorentino wants to go make it big in Hollywood.

Looks like things might get a bit shaken up at the Jersey Shore.  Mike Sorentino, or better known to everyone as "The Situation", wants to make his big break in Hollywood.  He is looking to take his success from the Jersey Shore and parlay that into film, though I'm not really sure how.  I don't think he could play anyone other than a complete douche bag.

Who knows, America seems to be loving him so maybe he will end up in a movie.  Will it be tearing up the Oscars?  Probably not.  Something like Zombie Beach Party seems more up his alley. People are buying what he's selling though.  He made over $5 million last year and released a book and a song. When asked why he wants to leave he said:

It's like Michael Jordan. There's only so long you can keep winning them rings. You gotta move on and try something different. I love to be on camera. I love performing. I love entertaining so movies is definitely the next step.

He hopes to land a roll in a movie in a year or so.  Now the fourth season of Jersey Shore is already set to take place in Italy and as far as I know he is already on board for that.  So I guess we will see what happens.  I honestly think as soon as any of these clowns leave the shore their 15 minutes will be over.
