According to Dave Mustaine's latest twitter update, he doing well two weeks after his big surgery.  The Megadeth founder and frontman had to get surgery done for a neck condition he has called stenosis, which he says is caused from years of headbanging, which he told Rolling Stone.

The condition almost saw Mustaine sidelined for the September 'Big 4' gig at Yankee Stadium, but he decided to push off the surgery until after that show.  He said that he decided to wait and that he "trusted god" and that he )god) hadn't brought him this far in the business to just all of a sudden stop.  We for one are glad to see the thrash metal master is doing well.
