Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg recently filed a temporary restraining order against a California man for allegedly stalking him, along with his sister and girlfriend. A Santa Clara County judge put the order into effect on February 1st, 2011.

Zuckerberg, 26, claims that 31-year-old Pradeep Manukonda has been bothering him and interfering with his life and family since December of last year.

At first, he just tried to get in contact with Zuckerberg via Facebook, letter and E-mail, some days as many as 20 times. He then left a note on his car, was seen outside his house and even attempted to ring his doorbell and go inside Zuckerberg's residence, where his girlfriend was also.
After an initial call to the police, Manukonda was given a verbal warning by police to stay away. Just two days later, he sent Zuckerberg flowers and an apology note where he promised to stop harassing him.
What Manukonda wants from Zuckerberg is quite a request. In the letters he sent to him, Manukonda begs and pleads, saying he needs to meet with him, and that he desperately needs money to pay for his mother's medical bills. His requests are vague, but apparent, as the Times Union reports:

I plead, please help me in saving my mother, he writes in a letter dated Jan. 23. I am ready to die for you. Please Mark please.

Later in the same letter he writes: I am waiting outside your house.

This guy must seriously be mental to think that he would get a penny from Zuckerberg, especially after stalking him and his loved ones. It's quite sad how desperate he is, but come on, you don't hit up social network millionaires for money. It will be interesting to see how this plays out and if he still attempts to contact Zuckerberg. I guess when you're that desolate you'll just go to any lengths to get what you want, and Manukonda is a perfect example of that.
