Man Arrested for Slapping Woman’s Buttocks at YMCA

A Clifton Park man was charged with slapping a woman on the butt at a Capital Region area YMCA.

The alleged butt slapping incident occurred at the YMCA in Clifton Park according to the Times Union. 61 year old Michael J. Adinolfe was charges with forcible touching and burglary in the incident, which happened during a Zumba fundraising event. He allegedly slapped the female with an open hand on her buttocks while telling her "Good Class". Adinolfe was escorted out of the building by YMCA employees. This wasn't the first incident for Adinolfe. According to a State Police spokesman, Adinolfe was banned from all YMCA properties in 2008 for similar "erratic behavior". He was in the Town of Clifton Park and released. He's due back in court Feb. 15.
