Surviving Motörhead members wants to toast with fans globally.

It's been a little over a week since we lost Lemmy to cancer. It has effected many people. Lemmy was is an icon and was an inspiration to many artists. Funeral services are being held on Saturday, originally just at Lemmy's favorite bar, the Rainbow Bar and Grill. There has been such a response that the 'festivities' for lack of a better word are going to be held all down Sunset Strip.

The band has asked fans to refrain from showing up at the funeral itself, according to The Guardian, and are instead going to be live streaming it on YouTube for everyone.

“We want you ALL to be a part of this memorial service,” wrote the band. “So wherever you are, PLEASE get together and watch with fellow Motörheadbangers and friends. GO to your favorite bar, or your favorite club, make sure they have access to an internet connection and toast along with us. Or simply invite your pals around and celebrate Lemm’s life at home.”
They added: “Whatever your venue, and however you can, let’s be sure to gather globally on Saturday 9th and celebrate the life of our dear friend and irreplaceable icon.”

We have our marching orders for this Saturday night. Let's make it one Lemmy would be proud of.
