John Mellencamp In Schenectady, Here's What You Need to Know

John Mellencamp was scheduled to play the Palace Theatre in Albany nearly one year ago when, at the last minute, the show was cancelled. Good news for New York Mellencamp fans is that he will be in the Capital Region tonight!

John Mellencamp Live In Person 2024 Tour stops by the legendary Proctor's Theatre, 432 State Street in Schenectady, for an evening with John Mellencamp. There will be no opening act for tonight's performance.

The evening's festivities will begin with a nearly 25 minute video of excerpts from classic black-and-white films featuring legendary actors such as Marlon Brando, Marilyn Monroe, James Dean and Elizabeth Taylor.

Limited tickets are available for tonight's show at the box office or purchase in advance HERE. The box office will be open from 6:30pm until 8:30pm. The theatre is expected to open it's doors at approximately 7:30pm.

PARKING - There is a free public parking garage on Broadway, near the back entrance of Proctors. Parking is also available on State Street after 5 p.m. when the parking meters are off. There are also various other parking lots around Schenectady.
