It's always good to see a 'hometown boy' make it big. Such is the case of Capital Region native Joe Kraemer, who works on musical scores for movies. We sat down on April 24 to talk about his latest movie 'Favor.'

'Favor' tells the story of two friends in a power struggle after one does the other the ultimate favor, getting rid of the body of his dead mistress. From that point it's psychological thrill ride that leaves you liking a character one minute and hating them the next.

Joe composed the score to the film and it almost acts as sound fx to the scenes. The music adds that extra element to the film that grabs you and takes you for that ride. Joe has worked on several films including 2012's 'Jack Reacher' with Tom Cruise.

Joe is a native of the Capital District growing up in Voorhessville. He also had an internship at the Egg and worked at the old movie theater in Crossgates Mall.

Check out our full conversation below and be sure to watch 'Favor' this weekend. You can find it on all VOD services like Amazon and iTunes.
