Jimmy Fallon Gets Renewed

I knew I wasn't the only one who was into 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon".  He has become my favorite late night person and his show has officially been renewed for a third season.

When Jimmy Fallon was on Saturday Night Live I thought he was a funny guy but never in a million years would I pick him to take over for Conan O'Brien.  I know Fallon had filled in for O'Brien a couple of times but I didn't think a permanent gig would be in the works.  Then of course there was all the drama with Conan and Jay Leno and all the while Fallon was building his audience.

Now after a very successful second season NBC has officially decided to renew him for a third season.  I couldn't be happier.  He has brought some freshness back to late night since Conan left for TBS.  I do like Conan's new show but Jimmy is definitely the guy I'm going to see the next day.  He always has the coolest musical guests and the people he interviews just always seem to have a good time.  Did I mention he will randomly play beer pong against some of them?  I'm glad to see he was brought back and can't wait to see what he has in store for season number 3.  Take a look at one of my favorite Fallon skits on the show, "Thank You Notes".
