According to a new survey, 4:13pm on Sunday is the universal time that most people get depressed. Our fun weekend time is winding down, and we begin to start thinking about all the upcoming stress of the work week.

You all know that exact feeling. You look up, and realize that in just a few hours you'll need to hit the sack and prepare for five days of whatever it is you do. Possibly overtime, and never knowing what the hell trouble could happen.

So what's the solution to beating the weekend blues? They say it's doing more on the weekend. Is that to forget that the work week is going to begin? Let's just face facts people, Monday is going to happen whether we like it or not.
