It’s Official Robots Plan To Take Over The World

Phillip is a robot built by two teams based out of Dallas Texas and Memphis Tennessee. Built over 2004 and into early 2005, the teams goal was to produce an android that would push the boundaries of what has already been done with existing technology. Phillip is capable of learning and put together complete thoughts. When ask by a reporter if he thinks robots will take over the world? Phillip replied with:
