Flu season is in full swing especially around the Q studios. So on this weeks Free Advice Friday we thought we'd give you a couple of helpful tips on how to avoid catching the plague at work.

It happens every year about this time. Where the flu seems to just spread throughout the Capital Region and wipe out complete offices. Right now it seems the Q studios have been hit pretty hard. While most of the Q staff seems safe (for now) the rest off the office is half a ghost town and a good portion of those that remain standing are starting to feel the onset of the dreaded flu.

I've been hiding out in the Q studio since coming back from the holiday break with the hopes of keeping my health intact but I realized that not everyone has that luxury in their workplace.
