9/11 is such a powerful day for me. I'm sure it is for everyone else as well. I want to be a bit candid with regard to this day. A day, that in my mind has forever changed my thought process. I mean come on, I can't remember what I ate last Friday, but I remember exactly when, where, and what I was doing back in 2001.

Truthfully, we all do. We all remember! I'm sure over the last few days sporadic conversations have been had regarding 9/11 and how it has changed almost all of us. Some for the better, some not so much. That's my point with this.

I think it's extremely important that we as as humans reflect on how we live our day to day lives. It could all change tomorrow. Just like on 911, all of our lives changed. Some lost theirs while the rest of us were left with a major sense of sadness. It's imperative that we, as a society, collectively pick up the pieces and figure out ways to prevent another 911 while promoting positivity and happiness while we take responsibility for our actions.

It's my belief that If we can commit to these basic tasks we may all be able to sit back, take a breath of fresh air and actually just, be.
