It was a hard fought victory for the New York Giants yesterday as they get the win at home against the Buffalo Bills.  It was no walk in the park for the G-Men as the Bills made them fight to the last second.

Yesterday we saw quite the battle at the New Meadowlands in East Rutherford, New Jersey.  The Giants and Bills are both a top team in their division this season and have won some big games.  They met up yesterday and it came down to the final quarter of play to determine the winner, which came down to a field goal; something all to familiar to Buffalo fans when playing the Giants.

The biggest difference was that the Giants held the Bill scoreless in the third quarter and just 7 points in the second half.  Ahmad Bradshaw had a big game for the G-Men, rushing for over 100 yards and 3 TD's.  Eli Manning continues to perform well this season.  Despite not throwing a touchdown he still threw for nearly 300 yards yesterday with no turnovers.

For the Bills it's a loss but the team played pretty well.  Fred Jackson led rushing on the day with 121 yards.  Jackson ran allover the G-Men early when he broke out for an 80 yard run and a score.  Ryan Fitzpatrick threw for 244 yards and 2 TD's but he also threw 2 big interceptions that ultimately cost the Bills the game.   With about a 1:30 left in the fourth quarter the Bills had the ball and an opportunity to tie it up with a Rian Lindell field goal, but went 4 and out and gave the ball back to the Giants who ran the clock out.

Both teams are now at 4-2.  The Bills are behind the Patriots in the AFC East and the Giants lead their division.
