Funnel Cloud Formation Over The Albany Area? [VIDEO]

Yesterday was wack-a-doodle-doo wasn't it? Seriously, the weather around here has been nutty the last few weeks! Heavy downpours and urban flooding to possible tornadoes and it's not even Summer yet!

Baton down the hatches Toto, I think a funnel cloud tried to form in Scotia last night.

I'm no weather expert so I'm not going to sit here and say 'yes, that was a tornado forming' but I will say this- That thing looks nasty! Real nasty! Like a hooker at Victory and Chestnut in Schenectady nasty!
