Frozen Beer Saves Man After Being Stuck In A Snow Drift

He had no food or water, out of cell phone coverage and beer was the only thing in the back of his pick up.   Clifton Vial accidentally drove his Toyota Tacoma off the road into a snow drift just north of Nome Alaska.  He could occasionally start his truck for heat but survived on frozen beer for three days and lost weight!

I felt really pissed at myself, I shouldn't have been out there by myself unprepared for what I knew was possible.

Vial said that the freezing temperatures were worst than the hunger but became desperate to eat a few cans of Coors Light that had become frozen.

I cut the lids off and dug it out with a knife
