Just when you thought it was safe... it's lurking nearby...coming close while you sleep...lock the windows... stay indoors... it's deadly and by tomorrow morning it will kill everything in its path!!  The first frost of the season is on it's way Thursday morning according to the National Weather Service.Temperatures will dip to a low of 35 degrees Thursday morning around 5am in the Capital Region.  There is a frost warning for the Catskills, the Adirondacks, and Glens Falls.  Winter is on its way.

The best news is temperatures will rebound for the rest of the week and no rain is in sight.   The Capital Region has seen rain on 12 days since September 20th.
