Feds Poop In Hallway, State Workers Off For Soccer: Crap!

What is wrong with people? First, Cuomo is giving time off for soccer games. You believe that? An hour off for a soccer game? Rubbish! Second, EPA workers are pooping in hallways! 

In an email sent out to Denver, Colorado EPA workers, Deputy Regional Administrator Howard Cantor complained of 'inappropriate bathroom behavior' including clogging toilets with toilet paper and 'an individual placing feces in hallways.'

So what's worse? Adults pooping in hallways like chimps or our fearless leader vote grabbing by giving state workers an extended lunch for a sporting event?

Man, we are headed down the crapper real quick. The scary part? The crapper we're headed down is loaded, loaded with crap and flushing like crazy.
