Two men grabbed a four-year-old boy sitting on a park bench in Washington state, but it turns out that it was a hoax. The reason behind the kidnapping was to create a video that promoted "kidnapping awareness., according to those involved.

Witnesses called the police, and the pair (twin 24-year-old brothers) responsible for the incident are facing charges -- including disturbing the peace and being a public nuisance.

“We got a call moments before the incident happened at the park, with someone saying something to the effect of they are going to be filming a documentary-type video involving a fake kidnapping,” Sgt. Detective Sean Madison told ABC News. “We don’t consider that to be a warning or an advisement.”

The Holden brothers have a YouTube channel with other prank videos so police are questioning the motives behind the video.
