So a guy in Russia wants to make a giant superhighway from pretty much one side of the world to the other. You could start in London, drive through Russia into Alaska, and then down to NYC.

CNN has a really good break down of what this would mean, even down to just travel time. Could this become a reality? As it turns out, that 'guy in Russia' is a possible successor to Vladimir Putin, shirtless equestrian extraordinaire.

So who would pay for this multinational project? Great question, if someone gives an answer, I'll be sure to let you know.
