The revitalization of Downtown Troy continues as three new businesses announce their plans to open in the near future.

All three will be taking up residence in the old Trojan Hardware store, which clocks in at 35,000-square-feet.

RARE FORM, which is brewer with a taproom, will open at the end of May. It will feature their four main beers: Cascadia Double IPA, Sabbatical Session Ale,  Satan’s Gut Imperial Stout, and Wee Plaid Scottish Ale. They will also feature local food to pair with each beer.

Then there's THE SHOP, which is a hardware themed bar, that will open mid-June. It will serve up 14 drafts along with a variety of beers in cans - sorry no bottles. They will serve food as well. The Shop open their doors at 4 PM each day, closing at Midnight Monday through Wednesday and 2 AM Thursday through Saturday.

Last but not least, Harrison’s Corner Market will reopen their doors at it's new location along with the other two just mentioned. However there is no opening date set for the deli yet.

The upstairs portion of the building will also play home to seven apartments.
