Did This Reporter Get High Live On CNN? [VIDEO]

I still haven’t made up my mind if CNN reporter Randi Kaye is high during this report or not. She has squinty eyes and can’t stop giggling on camera but I’m still not sure. I know Randi is trying to tell the audience that she thinks she had a contact high from baking up the back of a limo with a super old pothead granny in Colorado but I think she is just making excuses up. Truthfully I think this chick is getting super giggly and smiling ear to ear because she accidently looked Anderson Cooper directly in the eyes. That silver fox Anderson cooper posses strange powers and shay giggles is one of the side effects.
