Did Christian Bale Almost Quit Batman Before It Even Began?

The answer is yes. Before filming began on 2005's 'Batman Begins', Christian Bale almost walked away.

Thankfully, Bale didn't. According to Yahoo, Bale said he put on the Batman suit for the first time and had a bit of a panic attack. He had a million thoughts go through his head, and thought about quitting right then.

He quickly collected himself, and three films, and billions of dollars later, Bale may be the best Batman of all time. The third and final film of the Bale/Christopher Nolan Batman saga is set for it's debut on July 20th. 'The Dark Knight Rises' will be the dramatic conclusion to the series, and from what people are saying, it won't be disappointing.
