Dallas Cowboys nose tackle, Josh Brent, was arrested today and charged with Intoxication Manslaughter.  Brent killed his Cowboys teammate, Jerry Brown, in a car accident.

Reports are stating that Cowboy's nose tackle, Josh Brent, was speeding with teammate Jerry Brown in his car when he flipped the vehicle.  Brent failed the field sobriety test while Brown was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. Brown was just 25.

This was Brent's second DUI offense, he was arrested in 2009 while at Illinois. His first offense brought him a 60 day jail sentence.
