A month-long investigation in Saratoga Springs nets couple several felony charges.

The Capital District Drug Enforcement Task Force and the Saratoga Springs police have arrested 60-year-old Craig Farnsworth, and his wife 50-year-old Maria for growing pot in their home.

According to News10, police say they found over 100 pot plants, $20k, Hash and 10 pounds of pot.

Saratoga Police Sgt. Timothy Sicko commented to News10, 'It was a large scale operation.' also saying that the pot was found growing in the basement of the Farnworths home.

Craig and Maria were charged with several felony charges, including:

-4th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance

-1st degree criminal possession of marijuana

-5th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance

They were released on $1500 bail and due back in court next month (August).
