Colonie Teacher On Paid Leave As Drug Charge Is Lessened

Apparently, that Colonie High School assistant basketball coach and social studies teacher who was arrested last week for alleged criminal possession of a controlled substance, crack cocaine, has had his charge reduced a smidge. 

From felony to misdemeanor, James Boland is probably feeling a little less stress this afternoon as he sits on paid leave from Colonie Central High School as the school awaits the results of Boland's current predicament. Or maybe, he's hanging back on paid leave reading comments over news10 wishing he was some sort of g-thug! Wait, what??

Yeah, apparently some dude dropped comment gold referring to Boland as some sort of Pablo Escobar rap god. I don't know what motivated the comment, but it's perfect!
