ChaseCon Expo In Saratoga

It is time to geek out together.

Cons are way more popular than I would have ever thought they would be. Do not get me wrong, I can debate comics and sci-fi with the best of them, I just always thought I was on the outside.

If you have never been to a Con and do not want to travel, then check out ChaseCon in our own backyard. It is happening this Saturday at the Saratoga City Center.

It has got everything going on. Want to show your gaming skills? Smash Bros. tourney, Magic drafts and other cards games, plus board games as well. If you're into cosplay or want to know more about it, there will be a bunch of cosplayers showing off their outfits and hosting panels on how it is done.

Into comics and anime? Voice actors and artists will be on-hand and hosting panels. Also Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, Nicki Clyne from "Battlestar Galactica" and a full-on Lightsaber battle. Do not know how to wield one? Instructors will show you how.
