Blue Oyster Cult and Everclear to Play Empire State Plaza’s ‘Summer on the Plaza’

The Empire State Plaza is getting ready for a rockin' summer!

Earlier this week the Empire State Plaza announced that 90's rockers Smash Mouth would be headlining their 4th of July Celebration on the Plaza this year alongside the Capital Region's own Moriah Formica and now they have released their full list of free summer shows happening for this years 'Summer on the Plaza' and lucky for us the nostalgia rock doesn't stop there!

On Wednesday, July 25th as part of the Empire State Plaza's Capital Concert Series Blue Oyster Cult will be playing between 5:30pm and 8:30pm and then on Wednesday, August 8th another 90's rock band Everclear will be performing as part of the New York State Food Festival which goes on from 11am to 9pm!

If you are into more than just rock n' roll the Empire State Plaza actually has a pretty well rounded lineup going on this year!
